1. This laser welding robot is mainly composed of joints and connecting arms. The synthesis of the six joints achieves the 6-degree-of-freedom movement of the end effector, which gives the 6-axis automatic robot many advantages such as high flexibility, large payload, and high positioning accuracy.

2. The WSX swing welding head can weld high reflective materials such as aluminum and brass well, and can also compensate for the weld seams between the materials to be welded. Different weld seam widths can be adjusted through the welding head control system.

3. Swing welding allows for irregular weld seams, larger gaps, and other processing parameters, significantly improving welding quality. Laser welding is very precise and focused, so the welding results are cleaner and do not require subsequent processing.

4. The heat-affected zone of robot laser welding is small, and regardless of the metal being welded, there is minimal thermal deformation.
