2.Modular bed
Adopting a modular ground rail system, the rail has high rigidity and strong deformation resistance. Even if it runs continuously for a long time, it can maintain millimeter-level accuracy (±0.05mm), eliminate vibration deviation, and ensure the consistency of ultra-large format (2.5m×12m) cutting.
3.Split frame support table
Reduce the load of the bed structure, decrease the impact of material rushing on the bed structure, ensure the accuracy of the machine, and improve the loading weight of the table.
4.Upgraded dust removal system
The 25120W large format fiber laser cutting machine adopts a single-side blowing + single-side suction dust removal design. The dust removal system moves synchronously with the beam to discharge cutting heat and smoke in real time. The structure is simple and reliable, and the durability of key components such as cylinders is significantly improved.
5.Multi-purpose application
Applicable to large-scale workpiece processing fields such as engineering machinery, shipbuilding, rail transportation, steel structure, etc., and can be customized to expand the pipe cutting function to meet diversified production needs.
The sheet welded bed is weighted and subjected to stress relief annealing treatment, making the bed less likely to deform and more stable.
The unique welding structure of the sheet welded machine bed can quickly dissipate the force during movement, thereby achieving better shock absorption effect. It can effectively reduce errors caused by vibration during the cutting process, making cutting more accurate.
Aerospace aluminum is manufactured with aerospace standards and extruded in a 4,300 ton press. The hardness can reach T6 after processing.
Aviation aluminum has the features like good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and low density, which greatly improve the processing speed.
Cooling: both the collimating lens and the focusing lens group are cooling accessories. Besides, the cooling airflow nozzle is added, which effectively protects the nozzle and the ceramics and prolongs the working time;
Chasing aperture: through the 35 mm aperture, the interference of stray light is effectively reduced;
Autofocus: without human interference, the focusing speed can reach 10m/min, and the repeatability is about 50 microns;
