DXTECH ultra-precision fiber laser cutting machine uses pulse laser source and is specially used for cutting stainless steel plates with thickness <5mm. The machine adopts a fully enclosed structure, taking into account environmental protection and safety. In addition, professional fiber lasers and special cutting heads ensure cutting accuracy and speed. It is very suitable for 2D processing of small metal thin-shell mechanical components and cutting of small parts such as eyeglass frames.
1. This ultra-precise laser cutting machine adopts marble precision platform and gantry double drive integrated closed structure, which has good rigidity, shock resistance and high-speed stability.
2. Imported servo motors or linear motors, high-precision grinding screws and CNC numerical control systems are used, with fast speed, high precision and low maintenance rate.
3. It uses a special fiber laser and a precision special cutting head to ensure small cutting slits, high precision, and a smooth cutting surface without burrs.
4. Non-contact processing, small thermal impact, minimal local deformation of the workpiece, and no mechanical deformation.
5. Equipped with professional laser cutting automatic programming software, with manual or automatic typesetting and nesting functions
The sheet welded bed is weighted and subjected to stress relief annealing treatment, making the bed less likely to deform and more stable.
The unique welding structure of the sheet welded machine bed can quickly dissipate the force during movement, thereby achieving better shock absorption effect. It can effectively reduce errors caused by vibration during the cutting process, making cutting more accurate.
Aerospace aluminum is manufactured with aerospace standards and extruded in a 4,300 ton press. The hardness can reach T6 after processing.
Aviation aluminum has the features like good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and low density, which greatly improve the processing speed.
Cooling: both the collimating lens and the focusing lens group are cooling accessories. Besides, the cooling airflow nozzle is added, which effectively protects the nozzle and the ceramics and prolongs the working time;
Chasing aperture: through the 35 mm aperture, the interference of stray light is effectively reduced;
Autofocus: without human interference, the focusing speed can reach 10m/min, and the repeatability is about 50 microns;
